Our home needs lots of work, nothing is being done
They are working on getting it resolved. I hope they follow up soon.
Buyer beware, walk through hone very carefully upon delivery.
Be picky! Look at all areas to ensure it is properly sealed.

Have had issues with A/C, bathtub, ceiling fans and have had them out numerous times and still not resolved and now say it's out of time to fix now

Poor workmanship on home
We purchased a 5 year old SE home in 2020. For starters....windows on the outside of house were never caulked....they all whistle.
Front door windows were never caulked. All the windows whistle. Mbath floor squeaks all over. Come to find out that so called Grizzly Frame is crap.
The subfloors have detached themselves from the frame. We have an extended warranty on the home and have made 7 claims so far. But we got the same answer back on every claim...."Due to settlement issues we cannot fulfill your claim"! Well go figure!
They blame everything on settling when in fact settling didn't cause half our problems.
We are on black dirt and a concrete slab. I wish we had done our due diligence before purchasing....now we're stuck

Roof Windows floors.
After bad weather eater started running down walls and around windows. Contacted insurance company they stated bad construction of roof.
Contacted insurance commisioner they stated contacted CH. THEY stated contact builder. Contact builder still nothing.
Almost a yr has past. Don't know ehat else to do.
