I came last week for an inspection. My vehicle failed inspection due to needing a lower control arm, which Isabella wrote down on a piece of paper for me.

So, I got my mechanic to install just that and today I get here, and they tell me that they accidentally told me the wrong side. They said they were going to install the correct side for free however, they never told me how long it was going to take. Even though they see me in my scrubs, they never suggested that maybe I would like to drop it off or come back another day to get it done. I worked 12 hours last night, still with no sleep, and I work another 12 hours tonight.

Also, I work 5x12 hour shifts a week. This is highly unprofessional and unsafe. I want to report Isabell for the incorrect information that she gave me on the paper, and I also want to report the unprofessional personnel and protocol as I was never given the option to come back or drop it off.

Suppose I leave here today and something was to happen to me? I am highly upset and disappointed in this service.
