I had weeds growing in my pond. I emailed pics they identified the weeds sold me the chemical . Got product in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company. They are friendly family owned and knowledgeable. When you call your talking to a owner not a hired tele marketer. People tell me who dosent have a hiccup from time to time. They even remember who you are after a year. I called last month and the guy said yes mam your the lady from Kentucky. The person who said these negative things on this site must be hard to get along period.

Southern Aquaculture Supply - Rude Customer Service Review
Southern aquaculture supply is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Their customer service are very rude and don't give a *** about their customers. They don't let you know when item ships and when you email them 2 weeks later they then tell you it's on backorder..After they already took your money. Then two weeks later again you hear nothing and when you simply ask if anything has shipped they snap at you and inform you that they already told you it was on backorder. Thenout of the blue the next day they refund my money without me asking for it and now I'm out the product for a month in which I could have gotten the same product from one of the other hundred companies that sell the same things. If you can avoid this company I strongly suggest you do
