We bought sofa with tufted sofa, all buttons came out with in one month. They refused to take care of it. POOR service, deceiving customer , unprofessional business is a right description for them.

We purchased a Bedroom Set from this Company for almost $1800. The quality of this Set is not worth $300. If you set anything on the dresser the paint or vanish comes right off. Example, I had a book on the dresser and stuck to the top. Against my better judgement, I wanted to shop local. Consumer beware, it may look good in the Store. Wait until you get it home, it's no good. I wished that I went to another Store with what I payed these guys.

Black King size Canopy frame
You all had a canopy bed advertised for $39 on the internet. I went to the store and an older man stated that you had some in stock. I had to go out and purchase the mattress and box springs to fit the bed and when I went back to get the frame, another associate stated that you have not had that product in 7+ years. Look at all the money I have spent and you do not have the canopy frame as advertised. That's bad business. As a company, you need to keep your website updated so people do not have to go out and spend unneccessary money like I did.

Bad customer service experience!!!
I recently purchased furntiure from Southeastern Furniture in Greensboro NC. It took over a week to get the furniture delivered to me, despite my numerous attempts to arrange delivery. I was told that they could not deliver the furniture on two different Sats and that it could be delivered on a Fri evening, when I made arrangements to get it delivered ,they turned around and said they couldnt deliver it then and that they would have to deliver it on a Sat morning. The delivery guy called my furniture on the day of delivery and threatened me!!! *** poor service!!

I will never purchase anything else from this place. SE has Poor customer service and they will cheat you.
They have this so called "no exchange/refund policy." My advice to anyone is go to Dave's Furniture, Babcock, Discount Furniture, or Schewels, they know how to treat their customers. I've purchase furnitue from these other places and they care about their customers and reputation.
I have also reported SE to the BBB, as well.
:sigh Besides they has cheap furniture, which is NOT worth your hard earned money. :(
