HOW DO BUSINESS' GET AWAY WITH THIS?
WE ARE A TRANSMISSION SHOP AND WERE RECOMMENDED TO SOUTH WEST BY AN AFTER MARKET WARRANTY COMPANY. SOUTH WEST WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US A TRACKING # THAT WAS FAKE.
THE CREDIT CARD WE USED IS THROUGH CHASE BANK AND THEY ARE DRAGGING THEIR FEET ABOUT A CHARGE BACK. I LEARNED A LESSON HERE: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A UNKNOWN ENTITY WITHOUT CHECKING REVIEWS FIRST. AS SOON AS SOUTHWEST GETS YOUR MONEY THEY WON'T COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. I AM LOOKING INTO POSSIBILITIES OF FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE COLORADO ATTORNEY GENERAL AND OR POSSIBILITIES OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
I BELIEVE IF CUSTOMERS ARE REFUNDED VIA CHARGE BACK THERE IS NO REASON FOR LAWSUIT, HOWEVER, A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL IS STILL A DO-ABLE STEP. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT CROOKS..............

Poor service .Show Low Az.
The manager gave a date of 6/26/17 and a time of 8AM 9AM on Monday to test and inspect my car for a noise in the front end . Called on Monday the 26Th at 1PM and they said it had not been inspected but will when a rack comes free.
I asked if they would have it inspected by noon of the 27th and they said it would be and we could discuss the problem and repair. Arrived at the repair shop and my car had not been moved. Talked to the manager and he said when a rack becomes open they would look at it. or I could take it some place else.
I became a little upset and informed the manager I have to take a cab to and from his shop and I would take my car and I left. I did not set up the time nor date for the inspection. But after my call on the 26th and was informed it would be complete by noon on the on the 27th. I took your shop at its word(My great mistake) .
Have spent appx.$3000.00 dollars in the last two years in this shop.

Believe the reviews that are bad. I called and talked to Anthony (Tony). He is a condescending *** that will not have any time for you. We placed an order on Friday afternoon after their close time. Tuesday morning 10:30 AM, I called to get a tracking number and was told that the transmission has not been pulled. Went online to see what other had to say about the company just for giggles and should have read the reviews first.
I had my wife call back to cancel the order since we are looking at two weeks at minimum to receive it. They told her (magically) it was pulled and shipping. I then called back to confirm what they said and they told me that no, it is not pulled. I then asked to talk with Anthony the Manager. He said he would cancel it and send me a link to confirm and then hung up.
I got the link in the email and it says 25% restocking fee. I called Anthony back and he told me that the guy I talked to is *** and just works in the shipping department and sits at a desk and knows nothing. I said to him "you have people that work for you that don't know anything" and he said yes. He is "***" and should not be working there.
I tried to press the restocking issue and all he wanted to do was hang up. He implied that I was also *** and said "if you were smart like other people, you would have read the terms first before ordering". I tried to dispute it actually being pulled and he just hung up.

Swtransmissions.com refuse to refund us for transmission purchase
We purchased a transmission in October for our boy's car. It arrived, but when our mechanic went to install it, the transmission was faulty!
We called for two weeks to get Southwest Transmissions to pick this thing up; they refused our calls until finally they gave in and had it picked up. Now it's been nearly another month, and we've not received our money back - $600! We're outraged by how this company does business, and plan to seek every legal remedy possible if our money isn't returned to us. We will then seek pain, suffering, unnecessary mechanic fees and whatever else we feel is rightfully owed to us.
Do NOT purchase your transmissions from this St. Louis, MO company.
