Lost luggage

they implied that i was lying about $5 and being dishonest when I immediately pointed out to the attendant that I didnt receive the correct change as soon as I noticed it. shorting someone's change is beyond sketchy and unprofessional

I wasnt given the proper change today at south station and the attendant didnt do anything to help me. I paid $60 for a $48 ticket and the machine only gave me $7 back in change.

it is unprofessional to expect someone to walk away without receiving the proper change. there is no reason why this should be happening

Lost baggage

The bus driver of a flight bus leave my luggage outside the bus, he didn't put it under, now I called and they told me they can't do nothing about it and I called South station and they found my luggage but they can't help me in getting it back,
