My name is Robin Richards and I am a patient at South Queens Dialysis. I get the run around when I ask for an earlier shift because my partner fell sick and needs my attention in the evenings.
I would like to speak to someone non biased. I think I encounter prejudice on my issues from the social worker and nurse manager.
