AFTER ALL THE PAPERS WERE SIGNED AND THE MONEY DEPOSITED WE GOT A PHONE CALL FROM OUR SALESMAN MOE YEHYA THE NEXT DAY TO BRING OUR LEASED LEXUS RX350 BACK IN AND ALLOW THEM TO DEAL WITH THE RETURN OF OUR LEXUS AND THEY WOULD REDUCE OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT BY $50.00.I CALLED HIM BACK AND MADE SURE WE HAD A DEAL ON THE REDUCED PRICE OF OUR LEASE AND MOE SAID IT WAS A DEAL.I ALSO ASK WHY HE DIDN'T EXPLAIN THIS TO US ON SUNDAY AND HE SAID HE DID'NT HAVE THE $ FROM LEXUS.WE WENT TO THE LEXUS DEALER ON TUESDAY.

WHILE WE ARE SITTING WITH THE LEXUS DEALER HE TRIES TO CALL MOE YEHYA NINE TIMES AND MOE WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY OF HIS CALLS.BEFORE I DROVE OUT OF THE LOT I CALLED MOE A AGAIN AND ASKED HIM IF THE DEAL WAS STILL ON, AND HE SAID YES THE DEAL WAS ON BRING THE VEHICLE IN.WHEN WE GOT TO THE HONDA DEALER WITH OUR LEXUS HE SAID HE COULD NOT DO THE DEAL BECAUSE LEXUS CHANGED THE RESIDUAL VALUE. I SAID WHY DID YOU LIE TO ME AND THEN I STARTED WALKING OUT AFTER I CALLED HIM A FEW CHOICE NAMES AND THEN HE THREATENED TO CALL THE SECURITY GUARD TO THROW ME OUT OF THE DEALERS OFFICE,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE TIME AND EFFORT HE PUT ME AND MY WIFE TROUGH WAS NOT NECESSARY AND THE LEAST THE DEALER SHOULD DO WOULD BE TO ADJUST OUR LEASE TO THE VERBAL AGGREEMENT OF $310.00

I AM CANCELLING THE INS ON THE HONDA AND RETURNING THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALER IN MIAMI TO LEASE A CAR. I EXPECT TO GET A CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD OF $3531.48 IMEDIATELY FOR MY DEPOSIT. MY COMPLAINT # IS

Bad Sales Rep

The Sales Rep here only wants your money, I just got my 3er car with them I never had a problem until now! After 3 hours negotiating we agree on a price and the terms.

Little that I know Honda financial has not received my last payment on the previous lease. I have spent two months communicating with them and still have not been resolved. People! Be careful what the sales rep tells you is not what's on the final contract Read the contract.

On top of everything they reported me to the credit report as late. I am so Pissed!
