Horrible customer service

I took my car in for overheating problems. I was told it wasn't the head gasket but I needed a new radiator hoses thermostat inlet housing $1,750. I paid and 2 weeks later my car over heated again. I took it back they the line were not bleed completely which would cause over heating. 3 weeks later it over heated. I dropped it off on sunday. I didnt hear anything so I went in tuesday. the manager Jim Doyal told me he would call me by 1pm. Thursday came around I called in the morning but Doyal was busy. I left a message. No return call. Friday I called again and was told Doyal was on vacation. I asked for a call from next person in charge. No call. I took time off work to check on my car. No one could answer my questions. 9 days later Doyal called and said it would cost me an additional $2500 to fix my car. I left a message for the GM but have not yet received a call. It's been 3 weeks!
