Cancel my order as it was NOT what I ordered

I ordered ONE Repair & Release Cream; but after I entered my Visa # . It listed 3ordered. Shame on you Dr Shelton. I have contacted my Visa, & cancelled.

Because I was only supposed to be charged 40.00 and they charged my card 127.00

Over charged!!! Was only supposed to be charged 40.00 and I was charged 127.00 this is terrible. Im disabled n Im on a fixed income!

I wanted to confirm my order. My bank statement showed two separate orders. But, the customer service person, kept interrupting me, I even had to say, if can please let me speak, not a good listener.

You carged me $350 00 in my banking account way too much

Thank you for contacting me. For all of the charges from you to my bank totaled $452.89. They are all itemized The credits to my bank $387.84 I was overcharged $85.05 Minus the 1 jar I bought $45.47 $40.58 is the overcharge Please respond. Thank you, Jane Gibler

They charged me 3tl times for 1 order. I used this Website to contact them and the agent I spoke to was named Lisa and she was very polite and a polarized and said they only showed 1 order processed and they had sent me an email to confirm 1 purchase She said the quickest way to fix this would be to immediately cancel my order and issue a refund. I would have to reorder if I was still interested in purchasing their product. I was very pleased with her assistance and prompt handling of the situation. I immediately checked with my bank and all my charges were returned.

I purchased from South Beach Skin Lab a face cream for the price of 64.49. Same day when it arrived at my house my friend's order from a different company arrived as well: the same jar - exactly the same glass-jar, the price for my friend's product was about 6.00. Is this coincidence or does the company sell their products for dummies like me for 65.00 and on a different site for 6.00 ?? 6.00. Is Is Is this Is this coinciden mine

User's recommendation: compare the two products, same glass-jar, the cram looks and smells like the same, consistency is the same.
