South Austin Nissan sold my mother a new vehicle, praising how safe it was with all of the airbags. Now the airbags have been recalled, except South Austin Nissan refuse to correct the problem.

Nationwide airbag recall. South Austin Nissan refuses to correct the problem.

My 77 year old mother is driving a vehicle purchased at South Austin Nissan, with no airbags. This defect obviously does not concern South Austin Nissan, they will not even return a telephone call.

Future buyers beware if dealing with South Austin Nissan. They sell defective vehicles, then refuse to correct the defect.

My mother purchased a new Nissan Rogue from South Austin Nissan. Now her vehicle has defective airbags.

No airbags what so ever.

General Sales Manger with South Austin Nissan, Rene Hernandez spoke with me , and assured me he would look into the recall for defective airbags, and gave me his word he word get back with me. This was over 2 weeks ago, still nothing from General Sales Manager Rene Hernandez with South Austin Nissan.
