Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was contacted by the company and Irecieved an apology and a discount.

I wrote in because I apparently got a sale price wrong, and was made to feel like a complete fool due to my dyslexia. My child suffers from dyslexia as well and saw the same thing I did and still see.

For a short time only, 50% off the upgrade price. When I went to checkout, the price was $189. Which was the upgrade price. So why I did not receive 50% off of that price is still beyond me, but how I was treated is far worse.

Money is money. My mental well being is another. kevin with a lowercase k, is an incompetent jerk that shouldn't hold his job as a "Technical Advisor" when you work with customers simply trying to understand why they aren't getting what they saw and see as advertised.

When I asked to speak with a manager I was told to have a good day and that's now things work there. Don't email again, kevin said.
