A course I just bought, thinking it's audio

There was no option to talk to a representative. I was told to leave a message, or send an email. Sosomewhat misleading but perhaps ok given the constraints we are all under.

Unexpected Price Hike

I was attempting to register for a course that begins today. Evidently, I misread the email and thought that I could register for the reduced rate today. When my Social Security check came in today I attempted to register for the course and found that it was $100.00 more which makes it unacessible for me. I called and spoke with a customer service person who said the the only thing that I could do was to apply for a scholarship and there was no information about how long that would take. I am a regular Sounds True customer on a fixed income and I would appreciate an opportunity to take the course Cyndi Dale—Subtle Energy—at the reduced rate.

Upset

I am trying to take an online course and answer questions. I have just spent well over 1/2 hr on this, only to have it time out and lose everything. I am beyond upset and have told you about this before. I will not do anymore classes through you.
