The neighbors get to hear when the speaker is turned on and pairing. You can not control the sound with your phone, you have to turn up and down from the machine or have the stupid little remote.
Can't test it out really well because I cannot control it without sitting on top of it. And where is this kickstand? There is an extendable handle that doesn't do any kick standing. It has got wheels big whoop, it doesn't weigh enough to warrant needing wheels.
The instructions are redundant. I want to know how to shut that voice off when it pairs and when you turn it on. I do NOT want to hear that and will be taking it back because it doesn't have this feature and that's a dealbreaker for me. Also, the charging cord doesn't work.
Or it doesn't work properly. There needs to be a light to tell you it's charging, then when it is charged it should turn green or indicate somehow it is fully charged. Instead, there is a battery when you turn it on. Not sure if that battery means it's low or its full, but it does not specify in the instructions.
The instructions say the light will turn off. Which is not a good indicator. Because the light off just tells me it's not connected to power/ not charging. And the instructions say to turn off the blinking lights, select the Light.
Option. There is no Light option. There is an LED. Which is what they meant to say, I guess.
Being literal is too hard for this company. Which is completely apparent with the NAME of the product. There is no kickstand.
Whoever named this product and created it needs to go back to the drawing board and do better. This is garbage.

My open ear head set exploded as soon as I removed it from my neck I could have been severely burned what garbage I paid 20 bucks for an almost huge hospital bill.

Customer service is "3rd" WORLD!
I purchased a SoundLogicXT and as it had a constant annoying hum I found the number to call to ask how I could eliminate. The number that I called was; 630-333-****.
When someone answered he asked if I could give him the model # on the box. I explained that I no longer had the box.
He told me that he was going to put me on hold. Less than 1 minute later the phone went dead!
I called the number again and after 8.37 minutes, the line went dead.
Talk about "customer service!"
As with everything else that is going on now with the virus and being almost 70 years old, I will throw this garbage out.

Micro Cord on Fire
When I used their micro charger to charge my headphones, I noticed a plastic burning smell. I then touched the cord and noticed it was starting on fire! This could've burned my house down!

Speaker When i pair speaker. It says pairing.
It is many times to loud. If anyone is in any room they can hear it.
Can not use very often for that problem!

Buddy speaker will not play Amazon music
Worked for months then stopped playing music. Amazon account okay and music plays on my Amazon Dot. Able to get weather and news no problem but music will not play from Buddy speaker.

Midwest Trading Group, Inc Customer Service Department 1400 Centre Circle - Downers Grove, IL 60515 Toll Free: 866-815-**** I called Amazon and talked to a customer service representative. She gave me a phone number to call which I listed above.
I got to talk to a very nice gentleman who assisted me the best he could. Soundlogic company doesn't list a way to rest the buddy speaker.
In fact they claim there isn't a way to rest it, but in fact I found a way myself when talking to the gentleman on the phone! The gentleman on the phone isn't the problem, and Midwest Trading Group isn't the problem either, they just sell the stuff and trouble shoot for Soundlogic.
I bought a soundlogic xt wifi buddy speaker from the store. I'm looking through the instructions to see how I can reset it, it doesn't tell u how to reset it!
Seriously?!! Plus...theres no phone number to call...again SERIOUSLY?!!! So i google it and every customer service number I find is not in service...U HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!
So this piece of crap is a paper weight now cuz I cant reset/change the wifi passord on it? Anyone know how to reset this thing???
Soundlogic earmuff headphones suck
i recently purchased 2 soundlogic headphones ,,,
the same nite we had them they broke
when we tried to plug in our earphones the place we
plugged our device into went inside and we could not even find the hole for plug in.
my little girls really were excited about having pink fuzzy earphones ...and were very upset that they did not work.
i feel that these should be replaced as i paid about 20.00 of my hard earned money.
if not replaced or refunded this company does not stand behind their products and i will not be purchasing their products in the future.. thank you in advance for your expected response

So if someone found a factory reset why isn't it posted? The phone # is for Amazon Alexa not soundlogic.
No I called Amazon to get the phone number to Midwest Trading Group. When I called Midwest Trading Group I talked to a guy who told me there is a way to reset the speaker but not to reset the wifi...when in fact there is.
Soundlogic just doesn't have it listed in their manual for consumers cuz it's probably not meant to be reset.
I just got lucky that day when I was on the phone with the Midwest Trading Group customer service guy. Try calling the number I posted.
