App won't work won't play songs tried troubleshooting it still not working contacted you guys still nothing needs this fixed asap love the app got over 250 songs that I can not play very upset

Hsving trouble with password for new phone transfers. Help recovering pw.

When transferring to new phone. I was asked to log in when I did it sate that pw orid was not found

.

I need to get that pw because all my music is on that.

Help me to locate my pw I have two accounts base on my profile. Lnorcome@***.com or lnorcome60@***.com help!.

This app is not working at all if I don't have internet, the home point for paying a monthly subscription is to use it while traveling without internet.

I should be able to speak to a live representative if I'm paying a monthly subscription.

Your customer service machine sucks!!! It does not help at all!!!

I need to speak to someone to walk me thru fixing the set up so it works

Not sure if account opened or if billed. If I was billed, it was without my consent and possibly disguised as something else on my credit card.. Have not been able to reach them to reolve if it needs resolving, or to cancel account if one exists.
