Made it clear that my song was for an American character in my project and could absolutely not have a non-American accent (as the seller's demo song sounded American).

The song came back full of European accents after being assured it wouldn't be a problem.

I asked for a full refund due to how clear I was with the seller, and being lied to for my money rather than being honest about his capabilities. If he didn't want to waste his time, then he shouldn't have lied about what he could do. I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for unusable vocals that I made clear I did not want.

SoundBetter doesn't reply to anything, so will be getting my refund through the bank.

User's recommendation: Use at your own risk. Now I can fish out the site is full of liars/scammers, and you won't get any help from customer support.
