This company has decided to put me in the collections... Took me a week to find out who they even were... Called them and offered to pay the balance. If they would remove it from collections they won't...
So at this point I've had to go and report everything to the credit agencies and I will probably be reporting them to other regulatory agencies because you can't just wait five years not call somebody and not send a bill and throw something into collections and not be willing to do something about it. 0 stars if I could. Hateful employees. Would have paid this long ago HAD I KNEW IT EXISTED.
Last I checked you had an obligation to report outstanding balances to your customers promptly and you had to report to the credit bureaus correctly. This hasn't been done and I'll certainly be making this known to every regulatory agency possible.
Preferred solution: The reports to my credit removed.
