They represented that a sound bar, even gave the picture of said sound bar, was available for twenty dollars. I thought great.
Ordered and shipping came to $30 -so 50 dollars. Almost 2 months and it finally arrived. Came from return dept. Opened, no instructions.
Never worked, hooked up and voice says ready to pair battery low. So I asked for help and got the Wish run around on line. Nothing. This company is like a third party.
The goods are seconds, returns or knock-offs. I would say this scam should be recognized.

The subwoofer soundbar speaker does not function after several trierer. It does not even stay when the on/off botton is pressed, and the complete apparat has no reaction toall the test.
I wish this time you will send me another one and send me returning paper for the not functioning one.

This company has known issues with their equipment and they don't take care of their customers. Optical cord port broke on the unit just a bit out of warranty - it's a known issue.
Instead of contacting the customers and offering a fix, we could only use the Playbar so long before it was rendered completely unusable (had to hold the cord in with duct tape for a couple of years before this happened). Call their service and they basically tell you to pay to replace it.
Useless...don't waste your time. We were sold on this brand being an up and comer to replace Bose and now we wish we had gone with the tried and true brand.

I bought this item 2 years ago and it hasn't worked right yet. It works for a while but doesn't see the remote often and it takes me an hour before I can get it to work or I just give up.
I am over it.
Definitely was the worst product I have ever bought.... just on the frustration I've been through almost everytime a concert I want to watch is on.

The description was "excellent condition". I returned the sound bar to my local store and was told they don't have anything at the "quality" that this sound bar was. And even if they did they wouldn't be able to let me have it at the price that I paid for the one online for. They refunded my money and as they opened the box they asked me where the remote was.
I never opened the box so I didn't even get all the damn parts. I don't know what was in the box other than the sub woofer.
