The interpreter was being unprofessional because of his attitude toward me with a third party. He kept interrupting me.
He won't stop a third party to let me finish.
I don't expect to see him again in the future. Please do something about his attitude and be more cooperative towards Deaf people.
Preferred solution: Nothing, he needs to be re-skilled training as interpreter.
Horribly Unprofessional Interpreter
Had a horrible experience with Interpreter ID: 26384
She kept getting the spelling wrong of the address I was giving to a Deaf gentleman. After the sixth or seventh time of her spelling the address wrong to him, and him verifying that the spelling was wrong, she cut in and said "This is the Interpreter and I know you're an Interpreter too but do not get an attitude with me!
Stop it right now!" And was totally unprofessional. I was no where near rude to her. So, I told her to transfer me to a different Interpreter and she hung up on me instead. When I called the Deaf gentleman back, he said he saw the Interpreter say the "This is the Interpreter and I know you're an Interpreter too but do not get an attitude with me!
" part because she signed it to him. Then, he said she told him that she would transfer Interpreters. But, she never did because she hung up on me and that disconnected the call on his end as well.
I have never had a problem with Sorenson Interpreters during my calls before except for her.
Absolutely terrible! Karma has a way of coming around though.

Interpreter interrupted me when i told her Im not finished. She kept interrupted.
I hung up.
Her attitude is to control Deaf. Terp ID 26847.

Banfield called around 1215pm. A male interpreter was being a very professional then he had to go and replaced with a blond female interpreter.
Noticed she misunderstood some words I signed. While I signed as in disagreement term, the interpreter was yelling at third party and acted so childish. That was so unnecessary. I already emailed to Banfield and apologized on her behalf.
Please ensure them not to yell at third party unless a Deaf caller screams.
Get it? That was so embarrassment!

Hi. I am not complain or anything but how did the deaf religious people called me?
Where did they get the number from? I am concerning due to my number give only to people I know. I dont want this number fall into scam, without my permission and etc.

Problem not show up everything on mobile phone
It was error on contact list and login or logout on setting wasn't show up work on my mobile phone and I did use my friend vp wire to Sorenson Tech Support wasn't answer so I match relay send send email to you and what goes on about N-Nouch Mobile phone!
