My Sony ear buds got hot and melted
When I put them back in the case , would like some response on what can be done , I have purchased a air pods since , but do not like they fall out of my ears , Sonys were a perfect fit.

That's pitifully bad! THEREFORE, somebody needs to be there to TELL idiots how to fix issues!!! We all know somebody is there! Two calls to two (so called) techs.('NOT") They're reading a computer screen to tell the idiots what to over 90 minutes, NOTHING!!
NO FIX BY IDIOTS!! I FIGURED IT OUT MYSELF in 10 minutes!!! I'M DECIDING ON A really nice Samsung TV, or a sony!! Which do you think I'm going to buy?

Cannot set up brand new tv
Cannot set up brand new tv. Setting up your tv and Swiss follow the instructions in the google home app.
Is taking forever. I try to call customer support and it informs you customer support will be open until Monday.
Really ridiculous. Very upset

I have tried for hours to get my sony blu-ray advanced features and all I get is crap I guess I am a stupid man. I love sony things & was putting together what will be my last at 60yrs old.
I know one win for me.
I also have ,no best around clubs don't have nothing on me sound system & a home theater that your in the movie or music video haha and it's not sony. Going to pack all this sony stuff for yard sale.

I was never allowed to speak to a person. I was transferred to a tech where they wanted to charge me money and then it would be difficult to cancel Im sure.
My product stopped working before being two years old.
I use to have good customer service with Sony now it is very poor. I will start buying Samsung products exclusively.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The second Sony TV did not work did the same thing as the first so I ended up ordering a Samsung and it's working great. The delivery guy said they've been having a lot of problems with Sony a lot of them have been returned
My first Sony TV would freeze up with shut off but not allow you to watch programs you wanted to watch and it only got worse as time went on till the TV finally froze only when turn it off with unplug it. I exchanged it for another 55 in Sony TV and this TV starting to have the same problem.nono
Preferred solution: I would like to be compensated for all the inconvenience I bought that TV December 13th of 2023 and I'm still having problems with the second Sony TV that was delivered here. I had to go out and buy another TV I did not buy a Sony

Hi there I just want you to know that I have been taken out 87.39 from my bank account this month the money was charged by EE and I contact them they said the money was charged by Sony on the 26 of December, please this may be a mistake because I haven't bought anything which cost 87.39 from Sony can you refund me the money or explain what is happening.

The app is not working properly
I verified my email, I verified everything, it still asking me to verify my device, and when Sony sent the ode to my email it will not go through so my phone can be verified and I tried this action 6 times , can someone please help me or fix the app

After 3 phone calls and several hours on the phone with three two disconnected calls, my sound bar still doesnt work. It was determined that the sound bar was defective. Could not get in touch with anyone to offer a resolution for me.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy Sony products. Once you take it home you are stuck with it regardless of it being under warranty.
