To bad sony has horrible customer service telling me that I tampered with my own 600 dollar phone and caused it to take in water 2 weeks after I got it back from repair. ..
and when the "sealed back "came off I found this seal in the pic not properly placed ... of course it's something they didn't even bother looking at

i sent my phone to sony for repair ( flash and unblock )on may-29-2014, they received it at 115 Gordon Baker RD, ON, Canada, repair centre.
Package Tracking Number: 330160****74, RMA # 522********
and each time i call them, they don't have record, and they will escalate the problem, and a supervisor should call me back within 48 hrs, but since i sent the phone nobody called since 2 months, i just want them to send back the phone, i do not want them to repair the phone any more,
this is the worth customer service and repair centre i ever seen.
