Deceptive sales practices
I bought a new 2019 KIA at Son's KIA in McDonough, GA. I was sold an extended warranty that was said to be for 10 years or 100000 miles, bumper to bumper. The finance officer was very skilled and deceptive. Later, I learned the warranty was only for 84 months from purchase date, effectively making it good for only 24 months past the manufactures warranty. All attempts to correct the problem have been met with hostility from the dealer. KIA and the BBB have been no help. Be very careful when you enter the finance office and make sure the paper they slide in front of you says the same thing that comes out of their mouth. If I had been told up front the truth about the 84 month clause, I never would have purchased coverage.
