Sharion Sadler charged a $4,500 cruise deposit on my credit card, got payment via PayPal, and never made deposit to cruise line. All calls and emails have gone unanswered. I only discovered problem when I called the cruise line and found they had never received the deposit and subsequently cancelled my booking.
Is there any way to contact this company or are they GONE????
Rip-off artist
Paid a deposit of over $4000 for a cruise in April 2020. She never sent the money to the cruise line and never booked the cruise.
She left her office and home vacant and never called me back.
She has apparently fled and left a number of people with thousands of dollars taken and no service. Don't trust her.
Trouble getting refund
My brother booked a cruise with Sharion Sadler and cancelled same 6 months before the cruise because of illness.
Now 7 months later I still haven't received the refund despite Sharion stating she would work on this.
You need a "password" to get onto the "Epicurean Wine Tours" website.
You get an answering machine whenever I call the number.
This is getting very frustrating!
A liar, a cheat and a ripoff
My wife and I booked our trip trip to Europe with Sharion Sadler owner of Sonoma Napa Cruises. We were very disappointed with her services.
She lies to everyone in the group and at some point couldn't figure out who she told what lie. she retreated from the group on the cruise ship (not that we wanted anything to do with her) We were suppose to get our travel documents which included our airline reservations three weeks before our trip we had to call her asking when we will get our travel vouchers. We didn't receive them till 3 days before our trip with no seat assignments. My husband and I feel we didn't receive everything her travel itinerary listed.
We prepaid for first class tickets to Rome on the train and last minute she changed our transportation to a bus without even mentioning it to us. We were suppose to get a two hour guided tour in Luca, Italy when we arrived Sharion told us we had only 50 minutes to tour the city on our own with no guide. We were suppose to get a 4 day wine tour in Florence we only went on 2 wine tours. We thought we were getting a professional travel host for she was on our trip with our wine group.
She wasn't helpful at all with our group when there was issues with lost luggage we had to track our luggage and some people had to make their own arrangements get their luggage. We prepaid $15,000.00 for our dream trip to Europe. We both feel she over charged for the kind of service we received with all the issues we experienced in Europe not to mention the wine tours and first class train tickets we prepaid that we never received. She was rude, a liar and totally incompetent.
Save your money and book somewhere else!!
All you get is lies from her. Keep track of them.....because she can't!!
