Awful customer Service

I purchased a sonic tooth cleaner and received an email a few days later saying it was shipped. That was 9 days ago.

I have not received the item or any updates about its delivery date. I sent 4 emails asking for an update and nothing. I called. I got a recording saying all customer reps were busy so to email.

Welllll.. if they fu***ing responded through emails that would be helpful, but they dont!!!!! Im pissed. Dont do business with these people.
