Not happy paid twice

My husband, Doug Fox, bought back on September 9th, 2024 and paid $10.72 by PayPal. Now, it tells him he has been using the free trial and won't let him add any more songs.

I paid again on March 2nd, 2025 on my computer and now I can't transfer it to him. This is the third ticket that I am sending and I've never heard a word back. I think it's time to contact the Better Business Bureau and the police, as we suspect this is a scam.

If we don't hear anything or speak with anyone, I will be contacting them. Doug Fox.

Paid for app through Apple Pay, I am told that it’s still pending. What songbook pro March 27, 2024 with Visa card

I like the app and bought it on March 27 with a Visa card for $5.99 through Apple Pay. It has been taken out of my checking account.

I am told that Its pending.

Dont understand this I 85 years old and I enjoy the app very much. Would like to get this taken care of.

Disappointed with customer service

I have emailed them several times in the past week and their response was a technician will contact you. However they never have contacted me.

Then I went virtual and wrote my problems again. I was told if I needed a technician it would cost me 5.00 for 3 days and would be refunded to me when fixed. However I could sign up for monthly technician help for 50.00/month.

I honestly think this company needs to revisit their customer services. It is a shame because I really like using SongBook Pro 5 stars however 0 stars for customer service.

I recently purchased song book pro. I believe it's a great app but I cannot share the Setlist when I send it to WhatsApp.

The message that appears on the shared received device states, " You may not have a proper app for viewing this content".

However, I have Song Book Pro also download on my other phone. I sent it to another team member that has Song BookPro downloaded (the paid version) and they received the same message.

I purchased this software and it worked for 3 weeks. It somehow went back to the free version which does not allow more than 10 songs.

I tried to re-download and would not switch back to full version I purchased. I contacted company 3 times and only received auto answer which promises to get back to me within 48 hours. They never do. It's not the p[rice but the empty promises.

I put this software on my S...list. I would recommend buying other software or creating your own like I will do.
