I purchased a massage for my son as a gift. The merchant took my paid for Groupon however my son never received service.

He was unable to find the business actual location. He called several times to let someone know he was having a hard time finding their business. I also called several times, left a voicemail and attempted to text them. No response until awhile afterwards.

I received a message saying his appointment was cancelled due to no call no show and we could pay them $45 to reschedule. Im highly upset because this is money I already paid for and they never answered their business phone to know my son was looking for their actual location.

I would like my money back and go with another company. I purchased from Groupon often and this is the first horrible experience I've ever had and hope this will be reconciled asap.
