Resolved: My psych said I have a bill
I got a message from my psych telling me I owe a fee, but I paid the fee for missing the appointment with the counselor and I didn't miss the appointment with my psych; the signal was dropped, but I logged back in. I also got an email about a 90 dollar refund, and I never saw it reflected in my bank.
I need to know what the issue is. My email is johnsonbridgett97@***.com. My cell number is 205-944-****.

I set up therapy apt first June 13 2025. Had appt and the next day therapist said they dont accept my insurance.
I told her it's a PPO and I spoke with them and they said they would respond in 8 days. No response after 8 days.
Always beware when you can't call them.
Only notes and emails.
Therapist wrote me and saying I wouldn't be charged. But today they charged me 119.00.

Called for a billing complaint. As the therapist charged me a no call no show when I was online with 2 different devices.
The therapist did not show up. I immediately emailed them to make sure the therapist did not charge me for this service, and they stated, 'Hello,
Thank you for your patience while we looked into this matter.
I've checked our records, but I can't find an account.
I called them to inform them this is unprofessional as I work in healthcare and know about the no-show. I demanded a refund. Still, I cannot get through.
Do not use this service.
I have reached out to our CEO to not have patients use this service. Calling Aetna for fraud on service.

I, Lauren Frausto have been talking to a therapist in SonderMind since August and I have on multiple occasions have sent emails stating I am being charged for her sessions when I has dual insurance coverage I have sent copies of front and back of my insurance cards and have been charged 7 times totaling $205.00 and have only received 1 credit for $20.00
Please contact me regarding the refund we are owed back to my bank account 480 408 ****. I appreciate an immediate response since I have been waiting weeks to hear back from someone

The fact that this supposed to be for mental health and you cant speak to a real person is very concerning. Dealing with a financial problem can cause an awful lot of anxiety.
Ive paid several times for services and when speaking with my insurance provider, Im told these services are not to have a cost at all!
Yet, my credit card is been charged for five or more months. Can you explain why?

If I could rate them a negative 5 stars, I would. Their therapists are terrible, in my experience.
Their billing practices are worse. I haven't been with them for several months, and they are STILL charging me for sessions from nearly a year ago.
Today, without notice. And this isn't the first time.

I called a few days ago and was matched with a therapist and told my appt was set for this Saturday which is today. All I've received is messages from different providers about setting up an appt.
I did not set up with them bc I already had an appt, I thought? This is bs I needed this appt today n looked forward to it and now I'm in a rage and crying. Thanks for making my mental health worse!
Learn to communicate and stop lying to clients. Do better!
Preferred solution: Communication! My appt was at 5, no one has reached out and it's 5:15!
