Failure to disclose previous damage to vehicle

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Purchased 2 year old vehicle with 30K miles from dealership. No disclosure made to me regarding previous damages from wreck.

When I asked dealership about this, as vehicle is devalued by 25% at this time, I was told "just don't tell any prospective buyers". Appears to be their business motto. They also refused mediation with Autocap, of which they are a member. Paperwork, which I still have, says certified used vehicle, which Nissan states means of better value than others.

Nissan USA refused to become involved also however, telling me there was nothing they could do. Be very wary of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership

I was trying to purchase a used vehicle and they never got back to me.

I found a car that I wanted to buy.I test drove it and applied for credit. They kept me going for several days, then ended up never even calling me back. They should at least have the courtesy of letting me know if they couldn't get me financed.I ended up going to another local dealership and had no trouble getting financed for they car I chose. This dealership said that Somersworth Nissan ran so many credit reports on me that it actually hurt my credit.I definately would not recomend that anybody buy a car from them..I'M PISSED...

$900 later still cannot diagnose problem

I have spent $900 on diagnosing a problem with my 2003 Altima 3.5L SL and still my service engine light comes on, my car runs like ***. I am now told that I need to spend $1300 to replace ALL the injectors and rail however they do not guarantee this will fix my problem. I am very disappointed that they do not guarantee any diagnoses nor will allow any type of "good faith" discount after dealing with this problem since June.

I requested that they change cylinder 6 injector (this has been the problem code) with cylinder 4 to see if it is in fact the injector and I was told that they cannot be interchanged, that I would have to replace the whole thing. I called another Nissan service center and was told that yes, in fact, we could change them to see if this might be the problem.

I have now brought my car to another repair shop whereas Nissan is charging $96/hr to diagnose I can get a better rate and service from a small business.

I love my Altima however extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.
