Be careful, Prowlers on the Loose!!!
- July 5, 2019 poison ivy violation; fixed.
- Re-inspection did not occur; tickets.
- Later plea; charges dropped after corrections; racism.
On July 5, 2019, I received a violation notice from Danielle Plenge regarding poison ivy in my backyard. I corrected the problem.
Ended up at Medemerge &;;;;;; my Dr's office because of an allergic reaction. I called so that Ms. Plenge could come and re-inspect. She never came back.
Because I was angry and yelling at her, it gave Danielle Plenge fuel to attack me thru the legal system. She sent me another violation for holes in the shed in the backyard. I patched it up. She became very picky as to the repair.
On September 10, Danielle Plenge sent me two tickets for the garbage and the shed. I took care of everything on SaturdaySeptember 7, 2019. It was taken to the Franklin Twsp Mini Dump, who refused to provide proof. I went to court in Franklin Twsp.
four times, costing me finally and lost time and wages. To add injury to insult, Danielle Plenge contacted the Zoning Office and I got three violation Notices from Cereza Morales. I even lost my BMW because I was forced to remove the vehicle off my OWN property. Mark Healy, Zoning Director REFUSES to give me a permit for a shed claiming I must bring my SURVEY before he will issue me one.
I contact Governor Phillip Murphy's Office and the Franklin Twsp Mayor's Office but it was useless. Namitha Reddy, MD, MPH, Director and Health Officer; Phone:908-231-**** contacted me and was very rude. Told me before hanging up to take the matter to court. The court system was collaborating with Danielle Plenge.
In November, in Prosecutor Albert's presence, Danielle Plenge & Cereza Morales agreed to drop the charges if I made the necessary corrections. I hired someone to repair the shed since I couldn't get a permit to replace it and replace the inner fence where the post fell down on my property because of the storm costing $650. Cereza Morales dropped the charges but like a "dog" gnawing at a bone, Danielle Plenge. Danielle Plenge lied to the Prosecutor "Jolly" that she never said that the charges would be dismissed.
She claimed that she agreed that the charges would be abated. This why we need recorders in the prosecutor's office especially for African Americans who are given the raw deal!!. On 1/5/2020, the female prosecutor wanted to reschedule. I was forced to guilty with explanation.
I told the judge, Maureen Vella that I am pleading guilty because at the time, the violation did exist. Because Danielle Plenge and Cereza Morales and Mark Healy were working against me I never got the shed replaced. It's a shame that Franklin Twsp. Somerset, NJ would hold a permit hostage for a shed if a Resident does not have a SURVEY!
I was fine $216. This is RACISM at Best in the court system, which is nothing short of the KKK for African Americans.
- Claim to care about residents
- Hurt residents if residents get angry or upset
- Money hungry
- Refused to work with residents
