Lip defense
My only problem is I Love Lip Defense and go through more quickly than the ACE feurilic acid I get it with. Id order 20 lip defenses if I could get them separately. Please make it available to order alone.

Pump doesn't work on new product
Pump on Solvadetm anti wrinkle product did not work. I was told to slam it up upside down on a table which I did about 10 times and then I was told to do it about 15 times.
Totally not doing all that just to us a product. I would like a replacement that works and a free return slip.

The pump does not work on Solvaderm anti-wrinkle . I turned it upside down and pounded it on the table more than 20 times and it still doesn't come out so I want a replacement or a refund.

Received empty bottle
I received an empty bottle of eyevage. I have pumped over 100 times and nothing comes out.
I emailed them without a response and the 888 number listed doesn't state its Solvaderm. I love their products but have not been happy with their response regarding this order...there has been no response.
Date of purchase 2/11/23 $58.03. I can't find the order#.

I hardly used the product, it did not do what it was advertised to do for me. With all that is going on, I did not get on the phone prior to the 60 days. I purchased 3 , and I hardly used one. I
My eyes problems got worse, did not work for me. My bags under my eyes got bigger as well as the dark circles.
I guess it is not for me.
Have not used it for about a month. Unfortunately did not get the chance to call sooner.

Just received order. Bottle of excelagene bone dry
I ordered a travel package of different items and wished I would have just ordered the regular size. I doubt this will get me through the 8 days of travel.
Also the bottle of excelagene was bone dry.
Empty.
I called customer service and they said they would replace it. If there is a next time, it will be full size products!

Preferred solution: I would like a full size order of just the tubes, I’ll pay the difference. I paid $60 for a few drops of everything that came in the travel kit. It will not last 8 days. I underestimated how small this would be.

Trouble placing order online
When I tried to place an order for the "introductory offer" of $59.99, my total can to $299. I went back and double checked, it was $59.99 but I was unable to delete the $200 'package' from my cart.
They took all of my payment info ahead of the final order page and there's no way to delete that info either.
So, now I have a cart full of $299 worth of merchandise, that I didn't order, with my credit card already attached to it.
Bad, bad web designed to suck people in.

Just received order. Bottle of excelagene bone dry
I underestimated how little comes with a travel kit. The bottle of excelagene was absolutely empty!
And the other bottles were so small I doubt it will last my 8 day travel plans. I loved the stemuderm product and wanted to try more of the products. Travel size will do just that. But wont last 8 days.
So I just want what I paid for and have already spoke to CS and they took care of me! Thank you

I ordered on November 24th 2021 and my order still shows its unfulfilled. I would like my money back please. Shipping was supposed to be 3-5 business days and its been 20 days since my order.
Empty bottles and pumps that don’t work. Not being able to return or get money back, too many problems. Definitely would not try this company.

I was emailed that I received one of my cards and didn't. I also have another return that I sent back at the same time, no return.
I now cannot get ahold of anyone. This process has been unbelievable. Where is my money?
The email stated it was put back. I sent those bottles back separately and with care.

Recent Order #SOL200912
I have received my bottle of Stemuderm, but did not receive the "free gift" of Sundeland lip balm thaI was promised.
More importantly, the pump on the Stemuderm bottle is defective and I can't get the cream out. I've tried multiple times, but the most I've gotten is a drop or two. If you aren't able to replace the bottle, I would like my money back.

I just received my order and it is clearly oxidized as it is dark brown. I watched a YouTube video on how to apply it and it was clearly not the same color.
The one on the video was more pale yellowish.
I cant use this. I asked for a refund and did not receive a response.
