When I called the insurance and they told me I could purchase the scooter from someplace like Amazon or eBay, you denied it. This is something I need because on January 1st, the plan will no longer cover my prescription pain meds, and the only option I have is to go on a narcotic, where I would be driving while impaired. There are no city buses in my town, and with the transportation I can get, I won't be able to walk because I won't go back on the heavy narcotics.

I couldn't speak with no one even after the insurance said I could purchase the mobility scooter from an online retailer and when I tried calling numbers we're no longer in service or no one answered the phone
My medical insurance said I could the mobility scooter but your company didn't allow me to if United Healthcare said I can purchase it then the transaction should have gone through because even in this email it is listed as a mobility scooter

Verified Buyer |Reimbursement for double charged
In January 2023; I shopped at Winn Dixie grocery store on Mobile Hwy in Montgomery Al.using my Healthy Benefits plus card. After leaving the store I discovered I had been charged twice but only made one purchase.
I returned to the store and contact the corporate office for SEgrocers. Nothing was done. In March 2023 the same thing occurred. I was charged twice for one purchase.
I reached out to the corporate office again and this time after supplying the transaction history from my Healthy Benefits plus card, they told me to contact Solutran for my reimbursement. I emailed you the information and I never heard back from you. I'm resending the information and hopefully you can resolve this matter and reimburse me for the double charges.

I have to wait for a replacement card, in the meantime I have to go get groceries and they told me to just download the healthy benefits plus ap and they can scan it at the store. It won't load.

Reimbursement for double charged
I don't know why I have to keep writing and calling and I am not getting any results. I was double charged for purchases and I want to be reimbursed.
I don't to just keep sending endless messages and emails. .
I guess I need to take other measures in order to get reimbursed for being double charged. I have been patient but this is getting to be a little much!

It's a government funded program. They are credits not cash.
It's not a credit or debit card.
The government sends checks to the retailers not solutran. It's a benifit program and not required to offer benifits and can be ended anytime.
