Did not receive shipping conformation email and tracking number. Item lost by shipper
Placed an order and waited for an email as to when the item would be shipped. Contacted the merchant and was told since I opted out of insurance I would have to deal with the lost package.
I requested several times that an email be sent to me with the shipping information and tracking number. Received no information from the vendor.
