Resolved: Damaged product
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Communication was key .I was persistent and all worked out.
I was able to get a live person Adrian at solo stove. He got the issue sorted .All good !Thanks Adrian!
I received a Christmas gift with a big dent on the side due to extremely poor packaging. There was back and forth on the computer with AI, which provided poor customer service.
I filed a claim on 12/27/24 and 12/28/24. They subsequently sent an email with a new order #421****, but I still have had no contact as of this writing. The return was delivered in Texas on 1/2/2025. I have not heard back from them since.
I want an undamaged Ranger Solo Stove. The company has photos from me as well.
