Refund rather than reship.

Non-existent customer service. Route is reshipping rather than refunding.

To return is a 15% restocking fee. I should not be held accountable for their error.

Stove sent to incorrect address

Cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. Our peel arrived, but on the stove. Looks like it was sent to the incorrect address.

I contacted solo customer service in which it took me an hour and forty-five minutes to finally get to talk to someone who acted like I was no one. I own five of their fire pits and recommend them to everyone.

That will stop now. I had a simple request for a stove that I had just purchased for a Xmas present, and everything I asked was greeted with an abusive no. Not even an I'm sorry. I will probably return the one I bought and get another brand.

I own a business that is 82 years old, and I understand good customer service. Thank you.

Soho stove, heat, deflector missing heat, defection legs

I opened up the deflector and noticed I didnt get the deflector legs for it. I need the missing legs to use it.

I received a Christmas gift with a big dent on the side due to extremely poor packaging. There was back and forth on the computer with AI, which provided poor customer service.

I filed a claim on 12/27/24 and 12/28/24. They subsequently sent an email with a new order #421****, but I still have had no contact as of this writing. The return was delivered in Texas on 1/2/2025. I have not heard back from them since.

I want an undamaged Ranger Solo Stove. The company has photos from me as well.
