This is the SECOND day of trying to reach a person by phone to make an appointment - terrible! Due to needing an ultrasound, I am not able to make my own appointment via their website.
I have called multiple 866, and 833 phone numbers, just to be told that because I live in AZ I need to be transferred to an Arizona representative to make my appointment...and then I am on hold forever.
Absolutely absurd when a woman attempts to schedule her mammogram and can't do so. Shame on you Solis Mammography!

Had a appt scheduled but they canceled less than 24 hours before do to not having the correct order. Never reached out to me about the problem beforehand.
Had my doctors office call them the same day to fix the situation but they still wouldnt see me at the appointment so I had to reschedule. Ive used Solis for the past ten years and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have issues with the orders.
After this next visit Im going somewhere else as it should not be this hard to get the mammogram done. The staff that does the actual services are great but everything else ruins it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE KEEPING PATIENTS HARD EARNED MONEY.
THE BILLING DEPT HERE IN DALLAS SUPPOSEDLY HAS SYSTEM ISSUES so theres a voicemail msg telling me to call back CORPORATE OFFICE tells me the system has been down for 2 months. SO, the customer service rep supposedly gives a message to LEADERSHIP and says Ill get a call within 24 hours
THIS IS LEGALLY AND ETHICALLY WRONG

I accidentally left my purse at home & had my grandson text my picture I’d & insurance card to me. I was scheduled for a mammography & bone density but was refused service my upper management because
Because I didnt have a credit card to pay co-payment $39.54. I offered, again to have my grandson take a picture or whatever of one of my cards but the very friendly customer service lady was told by her boss that I needed to reschedule.
Are they so dam hard up that this small amount would have bankrupt them in a matter of a few hours.
I dont care if I never get these dam test from these folks. Note: I didnt read read the pissed complaint as I wanted to make my own

Billing/insurance
I have Aetna Medicare Dual Insurance (HMO D-SNP). What this means is I have a plan with Medicare/Medicaid.
I have said this twice to billing, and still they charged me! I am fully covered for in network services.
I tried to be polite in my call, but the lady hadnt heard of this and disagreed. CALL INSURANCE!

I had a great experience at Solis Mammography today! Everyone was so helpful and kind.
The only problem Im having is that they had not checked my insurance and I was billed $55. They said to call billing, but I cannot find anyone to talk to about it.???

I had been going here for years for my mammo. It wasn't until 2021 that I learned that Solis had committed a HIPPA violation (they told me they did it).
When I asked for explanation - they refuse to answer my questions.
It took them 4 months to get my images and reports as requested multiple times. They refuse to answer my questions as to why it took this long to get my reports after being told it would be handles.
Ladies - you deserve a facility that is going to care about you and treat you with respect and dignity.
Preferred solution: I want them to address my questions and if monetary restitution is due to me I should compensated for the HIPPA violation that they admitted to to me directly.
