Disability discrimination

I was counting down the days for the new Solidcore in West Palm Beach to open. I even brought three friends on opening day, and we all signed up for memberships because I've always loved Solidcore. That's why what happened has left me shocked, hurt, and honestly disgusted.

Not long after signing up, I had a medical emergency, a tonic-clonic seizure, and was hospitalized for a week, where I was diagnosed with epilepsy. I had to cancel a class last minute and was told it wouldn't be a problem if I emailed. But instead of support or understanding, I was met with unbelievable hostility and discrimination from the studio manager, Sofia. Over the phone, she was loud, rude, and made inappropriate comments about my disability. Later, when I came to the studio calmly hoping to speak with someone else, Sofia confronted me again, raised her voice, accused me of things that weren't true, and even kicked me out in front of others. She went so far as to threaten to cancel my membership.

I cannot explain how humiliating and shocking this was. To be treated so aggressively and cruelly, especially while going through a new medical diagnosis, is beyond unacceptable. I have never been disrespected like this in my life.

Because of this, I will be canceling my membership, and so will the friends I brought with me on day one. This experience was not only unprofessional but discriminatory, and people deserve to know how Sofia, the manager at the West Palm Beach location, treated a loyal client facing a medical condition.

Preferred solution: I would like an apology and be credited back for the 2 classes that were missed, one due to my epilepsy and the other due to her discrimination.

User's recommendation: Avoid the West Palm Beach location!

You deserve credits for the classes missed due to your medical issue per whatever is stated in the user agreement with the club. What’s concerning is you felt the need to share your private information with them. You did not experience discrimination.

I love SolidCore!

I am relocating to a new city and would love if there was a SolidCore studio near me.

I wanted to make a request for a studio to open up the Riviera Village of Redondo Beach. That would be so ideal for me and I know that SolidCore would do really well there.

Need refund ASAP very disappointed. The company is terrible.

It was my first day there and the class started much earlier than it was supposed to and I was told I can not join the class. TERRIBLE SERVICE
