I am reasonably sure that if Mr Cherniewski (CEO) knew how his managers in Holt, MI office treated people and lied to potential hires-he would personally escort them to the curb and end with a well placed boot!
They are an embarrassment to Solcomm and should be fired immediately as all they said was lies.
No Training. Not even a training period of time.
Degraded and insulted the hire. Not exactly a mystery, Mr Cherniewski, why they only have 3 sales people in that office (supposedly their "star" office).
Clean house while AT&T is still using you... if they found out how your company is representing their company-they would boot your behind to the curb.

Solcomm: the NEW CYDCOR
Beware of Solcomm as they are the new Cydcor (Google Cydcor<<<). Someone working for solcomm knocked on my door saying they were from AT&T and asked me if I've heard about the new line work.
Once I warm up to them, I realized, they were there to sell me U-Verse. They guarantee me low rates and made multiples promises to me that were not met. They seem nice enough but I felt pressure to switch over that ultimately I agree to. On the day of installation, that's when the truth was revealed.
Not only was the price higher than what I was quoted, the promises made were not met. BEWARE!!!
