Charged my card on file for misunderstanding will not refund
My daughter froze her account that had my credit card linked. She was told verbally she could use her accumulated money to tab.
They charged my card a full months amount without consent, verbal or written provided no receipt, no authorization and no services rendered. She did not tan but they would not refund even given the circumstances because they are crooks.
