Your bots to buy from them
Solarbotics is a Canada based robotic kit company. They make kits for education, hobbyists and for the beginner.
Like many robotics beginners, you purchase a book which inevitably leads to needing to build a bot from scrap or buy a kit. I purchased the simplest kit that
was quit expensive considering what you received in the kit. It would have been nice but the kit was missing components. I wrote to the company and they responded and admitted they screwed up and promised to fix the problem and would send the missing parts.
Two weeks later the parts arrived, still missing 1 of 4 components to complete the kit. Wrote again, and expressed I was not pleased and it's been three weeks now and no further contact or part has been received.
There are better companies to do business with. Don't get scammed.
