system service person (Stefanie) not returning calls after a few messages left on her voice mail. also noticed a lot of her talking trying to effect the control of the narrative... maybe good in sales but not in service with a customer who already purchased and paid!

So happy I chose Solar Energy World of Elkridge Maryland to design and install our solar system. The crew was excellent, and everyone who worked with us.
We have had our solar panels for over a year now and are paying almost nothing for electric now. What really sold the deal for us was Solar Energy Worlds facility, everyone who works inside it, and they practice what they preach. They have solar panels on their own building. The other solar installer offices I went to didnt even have solar panels on their store fronts.
Solar Energy World provided exemplary service and professional work on our home. Everyone at Solar Energy World should be commended on their ability to take care of their customers.
They left nothing untouched. Solar Energy World will be here for the long term.

Pushy, rude didn't work for me, just my opion. solar power is great and if you are looking to go for solar energy it i definitely think you should do it, but go with someone nicer who will let you decide without making your husband be there!!1 I am still consdering solar energy w/ the high cost of electrical in dc but i would say for sure consider you options.
i wish I had seen the angies list reviews because I should have stopped the appointment with the solar energy repersentative but I still didn't do it. Good luck and be careful
