They suck!!!
- - Solar Bear found the box a fire hazard and didn't inform me.
- - The box was overloaded; now 4 outlets work, no AC, and they demand $5,000 to replace.
Solar Bear found my electric box a fire hazard, didn't inform me, and hooked up panels to a bad box. It overloaded the electrical box.
Now I have 4 outlets working and no AC. They still expect me to pay them $5,000 to replace the box. Why should I pay?
I'm paying GoodLeap $100 a month for solar panels that don't work. I've contacted the BBB, and I'll keep going until I get some satisfaction.

Worst customer service.
- - Bill rose from $40 to $195.
- - 3G to 5G upgrade costs $450.
- - Ethernet install under $10.
- - Found a bad inverter.
- - 6 weeks with no part status or callback.
Found out I had an issue when my bill went from $40 to $195. Could not monitor the output because I found out the 3G moved to 5G and they had to upgrade for $450.
I ran an ethernet cable for under $10. They came out to hook it up and then found out I had a bad inverter.
It has been 6 weeks and all I can do is leave messages at customer services for a call back which I have not gotten. No one can tell me the status of the part.

Resolved: Workers do not show up when scheduled
- - Missed the 2-hour window for two days.
- - I must vacate during the work and for four hours after; workers say they called, but there's no record.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
I was offered $100 discount on over $13,000 of work, if I allowed them to continue. They have declined any refund.
eFor two days in a row workers have not shown up within the 2 hour window accepted. Since I must vacate the house during the work and four hours after considerable scheduling has to be done on my part.
Their customer service never bothers to call me about delays. Workers claim to have called, but there is no record on my cell.

After cost of electricity

I had a solar system installed in December 2019 by Solar Bear located in Florida. Since then, my total electric cost have gone from 182.00 monthly to 307.00 a month.
This includes the loan cost and any grid energy use. There is no way around this unless we use less grid power. We have had to adjust our usage of grid power to offset the monthly 50.00 average bill of grid power. That has not been fun.
With my health issues, we now have to run our A/C 2-3 degrees higher to reduce grid power use and cost.
This issue was disgusted at length, so I could feel comfortable about the cost. If I knew what I know now, I would not have bought a system.
Preferred solution: Apology
