Complaint not hooked up yet and no one calling back

We purchased a new roof, Solar and foam from Solar Bear. You have been paid. We are not yet hooked up to Solar thru TICO. They said YOU have to call TICO to get Solar turned on. We have been calling you for 2 weeks. No resolution. You are terrible about calling us back. Need hooked up now. Will contact tv stations this week if not resolved.

User's recommendation: Do not hire Solar Bear.

We have had our roof , Solar and foam put in by Solar Bear. You have been paid! Yetwe have NOT been hooked up to TICO! Youhave not called them to turn on Solar! Youhave not called us back after multiple calls to your office. If you do not call back tomorrowNov. 30 thwe are taking this to the TV Stations. This is totally unacceptable. Unprofessional.. our house number is 863 943 **** .

Worst customer service.

Found out I had an issue when my bill went from $40 to $195. Could not monitor the output because I found out the 3G moved to 5G and they had to upgrade for $450. I ran an ethernet cable for under $10. They came out to hook it up and then found out I had a bad inverter. It has been 6 weeks and all I can do is leave messages at customer services for a call back which I have not gotten. No one can tell me the status of the part.

Resolved: Workers do not show up when scheduled

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.

I was offered $100 discount on over $13,000 of work, if I allowed them to continue. They have declined any refund.

eFor two days in a row workers have not shown up within the 2 hour window accepted. Since I must vacate the house during the work and four hours after considerable scheduling has to be done on my part. Their customer service never bothers to call me about delays. Workers claim to have called, but there is no record on my cell. cell. any any

User's recommendation: Only pay them after work is completed, never before.

After cost of electricity

I had a solar system installed in December 2019 by Solar Bear located in Florida. Since then, my total electric cost have gone from 182.00 monthly to 307.00 a month. This includes the loan cost and any grid energy use. There is no way around this unless we use less grid power. We have had to adjust our usage of grid power to offset the monthly 50.00 average bill of grid power. That has not been fun. With my health issues, we now have to run our A/C 2-3 degrees higher to reduce grid power use and cost. This issue was disgusted at length, so I could feel comfortable about the cost. If I knew what I know now, I would not have bought a system.

User's recommendation: Don't buy unless you don't have a problem with higher power costs.
