Unprofessional and misleading
I was linked to this website when I was looking for a good price on a wii game. Found out later after calling these guys or should I say some guy on a cell phone, that they don't sell games anymore, but some how there website is still set up with links to take all your information down.
Customer service was pretty non existent in my brief experience. The number went straight to some guy on a cell phone, while there website makes you think they are some large company. The man didn't provide me with anything to make me feel secure about my "purchase" and didn't seem willing to fix the problem.
Uncertain about situation I went to my bank to cancel my debit card. In the future, I won't buy from anyone without a PayPal account.
