Verified Reviewer |Resolved: I ordered express shipping and the order status said my order was delivered and I had not received my order! There is no way to contact them!!!!! I am really really pissed!!!!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally responded to my email, and they explained what happened.
They sipped my package and sent me the tracking information. I should be getting my package soon.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Canceled Order Not Being Refunded
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I disputed charge with PayPal since Softsfeel stopped communicating with me. After PayPal reviewed all receipts and communication they refunded me all of my money.
I placed order on May 12th in error and website FAQ states "We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed." I canceled the order within minutes. They responded to my request after 12 hours and stated the order was shipped and could not be stopped so I would need to refuse order.
It was delivered in my mailbox so I took package to post office as a refused package. Now they're stating I need to ship a package I do not have possession of and still refusing to refund me my money.
