Softorino has chosen for their sales department to be readily available to their customers when taking your money! After the transaction is completed, there is absolutely no effort spent nor interest on their behalf to help or support the customers needs.

I guess we have come to owe the businesses our gratitude for treating us this way, I guess we should apologize to the company for having to go through the trouble of having to spend their time and effort on me. This behavior has become an everyday occurrence. How can business survive this way? What happened to customer support?

How much longer can customers be treated this way? What happened to company values, integrity and accountability? What is happening to our country? I am definitely in agreement that we should no longer support businesses that will not provide customer support with direct communication over the phone or in person where people are treated with respect and dignity - not to mention expediting the needs of the customer in minutes!

Sadly, it can take days or even weeks before a response from a company representative. Or, in the case of Softorino - Never!

Coloured folders not working - no customer service

I bought the software for colouring folders and it doesn't work. They state customer service is available but tried contacting them and no one ever got back to me so cancelled account almost immediately but, they have billed me for the year and state they will not bill me for the next year.

What a rip off..... I want my money back now.

Their product would not load properly. They state help is 24/7 no one ever got back, even after contacting them 2 times.

They state money back within 30 days if not satisfied.

Asked for money back - no one will get back to me. This company is a scam..

Don't buy WALTR-2 for Windows software

A couple of days ago (on or about 2/27/2020) I tried to access WALTR-2 for Windows software on my PC but received a message that "Your copy of WALTR-2 is not activated" and that I had to register my copy of my license key, or purchase one to obtain "unrestricted usage &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; live human 24-7 support". I had purchased this software in May 2019 (because I was unable to sync itunes music from my windows PC to my iphone) and used it previously so I didn't understand this request but I nevertheless searched through all of my correspondence from softorino/WALTR-2 (going back to the time of my purchase) but couldn't find a license key.

To obtain this I called their support phone number. They didn't answer and, although I left my phone number, it's several days later and they still have not called back. Nor have they tried to reach me via email.

When I chose WALTR-2 in May of 1999 it was because of promises made by them, and reviewers such as CNET that this software would provide instant connectivity. Indeed, CNET even stated that "With High Speed Wi-Fi connectivity - WALTR 2 brings a new dimension to freedom.

As soon as you open WALTR 2, it instantly looks for any Wi-Fi enabled iOS devices around you and connects to them. This only takes a few seconds to discover the bridge between WALTR 2 and your iPhone. " This was definitely not at all what happened.

In fact, upon my attempted installation last year it didn't work at all so I tried calling WALR-2's support phone number in May/June 2019. Just as now, there was no answer and no call back.

Then I sent an email for which they responded with a six step instruction list that I "should try". So much for instant connectivity.

I believe these steps resolved the issues but altogether the time it took to try an initial install, to try to reach them by phone and then send an email, and then to implement the six steps I had to follow to get WALTR-2 for Windows to work as promised was ridiculously frustrating and time consuming. Even more annoying is that I am again unable to access their software, and that their alleged live 24/7 support is clearly nothing more than a sham.
