- Calls were unanswered; only emails from silicon Sally and Ai.
Wife got a lounge set for mothers day and the top was to big. Requested refund, mailed product, have signed receipt of delivery but no refund.
Called but no answer except from silicon Sally. EmaiIed and received a response from Ai. Several more attempts with no results.
This company is a sham. Do not buy from them.

Defective product
- The set's bottoms arrived with holes.
- I contacted Softies four times and few responses were received; damage reports with photos were ignored.
The bottoms to the set I ordered arrived with holes all over the bottom. I have tried 4 times to get a hold of softies and was ignored all but one time when they told me to email the same people I already emailed.
And then I never got a response.
I sent a couple damage reports off of their website and was ignored. I even sent in pictures that showed the damage.
User's recommendation: I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything off of this site.
