Soft Scrub

I have no issues with the product itself. Awesome product.

The issue comes when you try to release it from the bottle. First squirt, no problem. A tiny ribbon of product comes out without too much effort. Second squirt.

You now have a tiny hole filled with thick product and more product backed up behind it. No amount of squeezing will release enough to clean your designated item to be cleaned. Third squirt, that’s a lie. There is no 3rd squirt.

You now have to remove the cap and bang the container against a hard surface to get a glob of product out .

The container is now dented and twisted so that it no longer stands upright. Please send the engineers home with a bottle each to personally use, and see if they don’t return with a new design.

After the pandemic The Flip top lid to the standard screw cap is so difficult to open, my nails are painful trying to open. I love the product I used for 30 years.

This has bugged me for years. Please change the cap to a screw on cap or whatever.

That lid that flips up & hangs by a flimsy plastic hinge type movement is pure crap. It breaks off before you've used 25% of the product.

It infuriates me every time it breaks off. If anyone ever invents a product as good as Soft Scrub I will be deserting your company

None of your rating categories apply to my concern. The product is great--have used it for 30+ years.

But have been frustrated for the same amount of time with the damn cap. It's crap, breaks off all the time, is hard to put back on when dried product dries around the top, gets lost, etc. Moreover, when the abrasive settles to the bottom, it's really hard to reverse the process because you cannot stand the bottle on its head because of the lousy little cap. In 30 years it has not been improved.

You must have a monopoly and no incentive whatever to make improvements. I'm sure all of your customers have been struggling with this irritation.

Please redesign the container and hire engineers who actually USE the product. Thank you.
