I will never use the service again! I put in a credit card number and it was declined so I foolishly put in another credit card number that was declined and my bank called me to say someone was charging me $46 Obviously, I was scammed somehow and now my credit cards have been compromised

Sofibella Tennis Dress Review from Pompano Beach, Florida

A rant against the clothing manufacturer Sofibella. I play on TWO tennis teams and both teams pre-ordered and purchased the same uniform from Sofibella.

It was NOT CHEAP. It arrived a few weeks into our competitive season. After a few weeks of competition, while I was playing a match, one of the bra pads FELL OUT ON THE COURT. Apparently where the elastic attaches to the bra shelf had detached.

I contacted our local tennis uniform supplier. He contacted Sofibella. Sofibella asked for a photo of the problem. I complied IMMEDIATELY.

Instead of apologizing profusely and immediately shipping a replacement to the local store where I could switch out the damaged goods for one that I could wear to compete in Sofibella required that I return the damaged uniform to the store (a 45 minute drive), the store was to ship the uniform back to Sofibella, then Sofibella would get something back to the store where I could drive another 45 minutes to get it. In the ensuing few weeks I was without a uniform for all my matches. As it turned out Sofibella REAPAIRED the damaged uniform. This is not acceptable on many levels.

The next time you see their logo (a "B") don't think SofiBella, think BAD. For the kind of money that we paid for these uniforms they should have made my life MUCH EASIER. BTW, no one on the team is very happy with the uniforms. They wrinkle easily.

And, FAR WORSE, all the skirt shorts ride up.
