We bought a seven piece electric sectionial and only 3 pieces are not broken or make terrible grinding noises or tears in fabric. The customer service has been poor. We had decided prior to pickup not to purchase an 8th piece for the sectionial and it took three phone calls to have the correct amount refunded to the card. We have tried to call the store and have. Got our sofa, chair, and ottoman and have found out after a month waiting for it, and never got the two throw pillows which was told to forget it this week at the Columbia, Missouri store that the over $3000.00 set is from China and junk. Need to change name to China Row and China Mart. My money will never be spent there again.

Buyer beware of false pricing! I picked put a sofa only to be told the sticker price wasn't correct. Also the price flyer posted on top of the coffee table said three tables for $299 but the sales person said "not for THOSE tables". They also show couch sets with better features but put one price sticker for the lower version but don't specify ie the price for the non-power recliner on a display with the power recliner. Not trustworthy.

Got flier with newspaper this morning. Big 4 day sale at sofa-mart open at 0800. Paisley recliner for $199. Got there st 09:15 doors locked. Other 2 business' in furniture row open so went in through other door and walked to Sofa Mary. 1 salesman got up to tell us did not open til 1000. Told him flyer said open at 0800.
