Refund request
I am writing to formally request a refund for a sofa purchase that I cancelled on June 6th, 2025. The total cost of the sofa was £899, and I paid an initial deposit of £299, with the remaining amount to be paid in instalments through Klarna.
I decided to cancel the purchase after realising that the sofa would be too expensive for my budget.
The cancellation was made clearly and within the appropriate timeframe.
However, I have still not received a refund of the £299 deposit, which I consider unacceptable. I kindly request that this amount be refunded immediately using the same payment method.
