Placed order on the 13th Dec, according to website Delivery estimate 5 days, taking orders up to the 17th for Delivery before Xmas. Not received dispatch info, emailed customer service twice, nothing. Telephoned them today to be told by an agent chewing a sweet throughout our conversation that he couldnt do anything, item hadnt been dispatched and my order which I might add is a Christmas present, might be delivered, might not. They should not be advertising delivery before Christmas if they cannot honour it. Customer Service is a waste of time, little or no help whatsoever. Pot luck now whether I get my order or not before Xmas.
