TERRIBLE SOFTWARE
I googled 'truly free pdf converter' and everything led me to believe that Soda would work for me. I went through all the bother of downloading and installing it.
It is not free at all!
Furthermore, it is messing up my laptop and it is not letting me uninstall it. I hate it and it is false advertising!

I have to delete their pointless sales messages, and I'm not interested. If they don't stop it, I'm going to remove their software and get another product.

i paid for the premium version of this software a few years ago before it became a subscription service. it has basic functionality, but none of the functions that were supposed to work for the premium version ever have.
it can't even connect to the internet to check for updates.
customer service is essentially non-existent at this point. i would never, ever purchase software from this company again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM about covers it. Downloaded "FREE" app. When came time to use it was redirected to app for 12.95 / monthly fee to ACTIVATE. Paid fee then hit activate directed to another upgrade.
Totally a scam. Tried to use FREE app but when trying to ACTIVATE redirected to upgrade for 12.95.
Bought upgrade tried to activate again and sent another upgrade for even more money.
Now waiting to get refund and end nonoptional monthly fee. RIP OFF.

They auto renewed me without permission.
There is NO Live person, chat or email to get a hold of anyone! When submitting my email to contact them they do not send a code.
Nothing. No way to contact at all.
Also no way to delete or remove my credit card information on file. Terrible!NONO

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
this company makes you pay for phone support and then they are not even open during normal business hours to support you!!! in addition they charge more money for this and cant even offer it. then you call the toll free number and your on hold for 30 minutes with still no answer.

Paid the money but the soda pdf does not allow me to save
SODA PDF charged my card and does not allow me to save my updated pdf. Very bad software.
Customer service phone is not there and the chat peolle do not support properly!! Very bad!!
