Improper billing.

Resolved: Billing Issues
- - I purchased this in March 2025 for a 2-year plan.
- - I was charged more in March 2026.
- - I have tried to reach out for weeks by email.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I apologize and extended my service for an additional year.
Continue to email until you get a response. The response time is longer than it should be but they will respond.
I purchased this March of 2025 for 2 years. I was then charged a much higher amount in March of 2026. I have tried to reach out for weeks via email because that's all they will accept, and yesterday I went to open it, and it said it was time to renew!

Can't rate because I have not used your product it won't let me
- - The PDF activation button redirects to an order page each time.
- - This happened 4–5 times.
- - Payment is Pending; refunds may wait for it to clear.
I bought your product and installed it. When I was ready to use it, I engaged the button that was supposed to activate the PDF document to Word, but each time it was engaged, it sent me to the order page.
This occurred 4 or 5 times. I phoned my debit card facility and was told it was a credit account. The payment was pending, waiting to be sent to the payee.
I asked, 'Am I able to get my money back, or do I have to wait until it leaves pending status?' No, I can ask for my money back, but the card people have to wait for it to leave pending status before they send out their request for the money. So, I want my money back, please.

I cannot contact anyone to stop my subscription
- - I tried a 7-day trial I don't remember and got no notice.
- - A payment was debited yesterday; I have no account and want a refund and cancellation.
I must have tried the 7-day trial that I do not remember; therefore, I did not receive a notification or email that I have trialed Soda PDF. Then, yesterday, a payment, maybe a subscription payment, was debited from my account.
I tried to sign in using the email address SodaPDF.com used for my invoice, and I have no account. I do not want the product; I do want a refund and cancellation of my non-signed-up subscription.

- - Believed Soda would work after searching for a free pdf converter and installed it.
- - It is not free, causes laptop issues, and can't uninstall.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. This is just another thing that you Google for a free service and it says it's free and it's not free you spend the time to download it and install it and try to work with it and everything that you want to do with it costs money.
It is not free at all!
Furthermore, it is messing up my laptop and it is not letting me uninstall it. I hate it and it is false advertising!

This product did not work. Do not buy. Even though they have a quality guarentee on the software they give you a run around to get your issues resolved.

i paid for the premium version of this software a few years ago before it became a subscription service. it has basic functionality, but none of the functions that were supposed to work for the premium version ever have.
it can't even connect to the internet to check for updates.
customer service is essentially non-existent at this point. i would never, ever purchase software from this company again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM about covers it. Downloaded "FREE" app. When came time to use it was redirected to app for 12.95 / monthly fee to ACTIVATE. Paid fee then hit activate directed to another upgrade.

- - Waiting for refund and to end the monthly fee.
Totally a scam. Tried to use FREE app but when trying to ACTIVATE redirected to upgrade for 12.95.
Bought upgrade tried to activate again and sent another upgrade for even more money.
Now waiting to get refund and end nonoptional monthly fee. RIP OFF.

- - The toll-free number has a 30-minute hold with no answer.
this company makes you pay for phone support and then they are not even open during normal business hours to support you!!! in addition they charge more money for this and cant even offer it. then you call the toll free number and your on hold for 30 minutes with still no answer.
